"Junior Research Fellow"

Applications are invited on plain paper along with detailed curriculum vitae from highly motivated candidates for purely temporary Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position under DST SERB sponsored Research Grant Project entitled “Energy Harvesting in ….. through First Principles Calculations”. The tenure of the position is for 3 years and the position is coterminous with the project (All rules and the guidelines of the funding agency will be final in any query).

The details of qualifications, designation and remuneration are as given below:

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (01)

Fellowship: Rs. 37,000/- p.m. + HRA (first two years); Rs. 42,000/- p.m. + HRA (third year)

Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics) with a minimum of 55% marks + GATE/NET-JRF/ Lectureship (UGC-CSIR Joint Test)

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 28 years (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

Selected NET / GATE qualified candidates will also get a chance to register for Ph.D. programme in the University through non-VRET (Vishwavidyalaya Research Entrance Exam) category (as per the rules and regulations of the University time to time).
