Research Position: Junior Research Fellow
Title of the project: Fuel level, property measurements and adulteration detection using ultrasonic sensors technique.

Essential Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with first class
- M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Design, or NDT, or allied specialization) with first class. (current second year M.E/M.Tech students can also apply).
- The candidate preferably has a GATE score, whose dissertation work is in stress wave analysis, ultrasonic sensors, vibration, an allied area, and is willing to work in fluid rheology/fuel properties/adulteration detection.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Good knowledge in fluid rheology, fluid or fuel properties/adulteration.
- Some knowledge in application of ultrasonic waves in solids and fluids.
- Basic Knowledge in FEM simulation software.
Project Duration: 3 years
Stipend: Rs 37,000/- per month first two years and Rs 42,000/- per month during third year based on performance
