Project Title: Novel GaN Self-Switching Diode Based Frequency Multipliers

Department: Electronics and Communication Engineering

Qualification: (i) M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, VLSI, Embedded, Microelectronics, Nanotechnology, or Microwave Engineering, preferably with NET/GATE score; OR (ii) M.Sc. in Electronics, Physics, or Nanotechnology, preferably with NET/GATE score.

Salary: Rs. 37,000 per month plus HRA as per DST norms

Duration: Appointment until 26.12.2025, extendable based on performance, on a purely temporary basis coterminous with the project.
