Organization Profile: The Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak has been established by an Act of the Parliament of India. It came into existence by the Indira Gandhi National Tribal University Act, 2007 and came into action on July 2008. The jurisdiction of the University extends to the whole country and it is fully funded by the Central Government through the University Grant Commission.

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Employment Type: Temporary

Title: Development, design, and analysis of meta-heuristic algorithms for combinatorial optimization problems

Duration of the Project: 02 Years (Initially for one year)

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics) or M.Sc./MCA/ME/M.Tech. (Computer Science/Information Technology) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD/Women). Preference will be given to candidates with UGC/CSIR NET, GATE, SLET, Ph.D., or equivalent qualifications.

Age Limit: As per GOI rule

Consolidate Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month (Consolidated)
