Project Title: Polarization-Sensitive Infrared Photodetectors Based on Double van der Waals Heterostructures

Qualification:

• M. Tech. in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Optoelectronics/Material Science,/Electronics and communication with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  or
  M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics/ Nanoscience & Nanotechnology with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Qualified in any of the following National eligibility test/exams:
  a. CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE
  b. National-level examination conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc
• Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of one year of research experience in 2D materials.

Job Location: New Delhi, Delhi

Pay Scale: As per funding agency norms
