Project Title: Design and Development of Group-III nitride based LEDs for UV-Blue region for underwater communication.

Essential Qualification: As per DST and Institute Guidelines for research schemes/sponsored schemes/Emeritus Scientist. Candidate should hold a M.Tech./M.E./MS(R)/Integrated BS-MS/MSc or equivalent in relevant areas such as Electronics/Photonics/VLSI Design/Physics etc. with a good academic background and sound knowledge in Optoelectronics/Photonics/Nanofabrication Technologies is desirable. Candidates having qualifying GATE/NET score will be preferred (old GATE/NET score is also considered).

Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Stipend: Rs. 37,000 for 1st & 2nd Year Rs. 42,000 for 3rd Year (Consolidated). HRA is permissible as per DST guidelines

Duration: 3 years (maximum) or until tenure of the project (whichever is earlier).
