Job Title: Junior Research Fellow

Project Title: “Design and development of oxide based perovskite nanostructures/heterostructures for solar cell applications”.

Qualification: Master degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with at least 55% and valid NET/GATE score with preferable specialization in Solid State Physics/Physics with electronics/Materials science. Candidates with M.Tech. degree in Nano-Science and Technology/ Materials Science, are also eligible to apply.

Job Location: Patna, Bihar

Scale of Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month + 18% HRA as per rules

Project Duration: Initially for 1 year with possible extension depending on performance. The position is purely temporary and performance will be reviewed periodically. The position is coterminous with the project.
