Job Title: Junior Research Fellow

Department: Physics

Sponsored by: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Govt. of India, for the research project titled "Design and development of oxide based perovskite nanostructures/heterostructures for solar cell applications".

Qualification: Master degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with at least 55% and valid NET/GATE score, preferably in Solid State Physics/Physics with electronics/Materials science. Candidates with M.Tech. in Nano-Science and Technology/Materials Science are also eligible.

Job Location: Patna, Bihar

Scale of Pay: Rs. 31,000 per month + 18% HRA as per rules

Project Duration: Initially for 1 year, with possible extension based on performance. The position is temporary and coterminous with the project.
