We develop human-relevant, translational approaches to overcome the limitations of traditional models and bring real innovation into novel products for medical and aesthetic dermatology.
Your Role
You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge science and real-world application:
- Design and execute experiments in skin and hair biology
- Work with human-based models (ex vivo skin and hair follicle, in vitro cell systems)
- Contribute to translational R&D (lab to product)
- Analyze biological data and derive actionable insights
You will take on real responsibility early on, working closely with senior scientists, industry experts and founders.
Your Profile
- MSc or PhD (completed or near completion) in:
- Biology / Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences
- Dermatology
- Regenerative Medicine
- or related fields
- Hands-on lab experience (histology, cell culture, molecular biology and/or imaging)
- Strong scientific thinking
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-have:
- Skin / hair follicle biology background
- Stem cells / regeneration
- Human tissue models or advanced imaging

We are an international team hiring across Europe. At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who already have a permanent right to live and work in the EU.
