We are seeking to appoint a Kaiarataki to a permanent, full-time position on our Pukeahu Wellington campus at Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University. You will join a small but dedicated team that supports the wider portfolio of Students and Global Engagement.
Ngā whēako me ngā pukenga e hiahiatia ana:
- Extensive experience advising on and leading tikanga Māori initiatives within tertiary and other educational settings.
- Proficiency and the ability to uphold te mana o te reo Māori me ōnā tikanga across a range of different situations and settings.
- Demonstrated capability in providing manaaki-led advice, with a proven record of developing strong, effective relationships that contribute to the achievement of strategic outcomes.
- Skilled in presenting to and engaging with a wide range of audiences with clarity and confidence.
- Proven experience working collaboratively as part of a highly motivated team, kia tū kotahi, kia kotahi te whāinga.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture effective, authentic relationships with both internal groups and external stakeholders.
- He tāngata whai whakatipuranga, future-focused with the ability to make decisions that create lasting, intergenerational impact.
