About Tianhua Bilingual Kindergarten

Tianhua Bilingual Kindergarten is a newly built and highly advanced Lab Preschool of Shanghai Normal University Tianhua College, which has the best Early Childhood Education program in Shanghai, China. You will have chances of sitting in college classes and learning from our University Professors in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from both China and USA. You will also have an easy pathway to college classroom teaching and learning experience by assisting our ECE professors from both home and abroad. Our university also hosts Shanghai Preschool Principals’ and Teachers’ Training Program every summer since 2012 on Jidaing Campus. You will have the chance of meeting and communicating with preschool principals and teachers across Shanghai every summer.

Job Requirements & Descriptions:

Native speakers only
Bachelor degree or above
Two-year teaching experience or teaching certified (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA)
Non-criminal record background
Holding a working visa or eligible for working visa
Monday to Friday (8:30AM-4:30PM OR 7:30AM-3:30PM);
Homeroom English teacher for Kids (3-7y) (with 2 Chinese homeroom teachers)
Able to manage kids with a class size of 15-20;
Good communication skills with Children and parents;
Personality: patient, fun, energetic and lively; children friendly and caring.

Job Offer: (Salary & benefits package):

Contract term:(one year contract)
Base Salary 25K/month +plus raise (qualifications & experience)
Bonus (per semester based on job performance)
Accommodation (free fully-furnished close-to-campus apartment provided) 5. Travel allowance (20K/year, or 2000/month for the contract term)

2	Base Salary	25K/month + plus raise (negotiable based on qualifications & experience)	The pay day is 25th of every month.
3	Bonus	Bonus per semester,based on job performance	Performance based with evaluations from students (parents), peers and supervisor; The bonus is paid partiality or fully based on performance results at the end of each semester.
4	Travel Allowances	20,000/year reimbursed OR 2,000/month (added to payment but taxable)	Official invoices required for reimbursement
5	Accommodation	1) Free fully furnished apartment close to campus provided ; 2) 2,000RMB/month if you rent your own apt.
6	Free working lunch	Free weekday lunch provided
7	Medical Insurance	Top-notch medical insurance plan provided (with a premium cap of 10,000/year if you choose to upgrade your personal insurance plan).	Inpatient fees and accident covered; COVID-19 covered; Dental and minor outpatient fees excluded.
8	Work Visa & Residence Permit	1) Professional and free support to visa and work permit application; 2) The fees for visa and permit itself will be covered by school	The physical examination fees can be covered if it is done in Shanghai.
9	Paid Holidays	Enjoy time-off and paid national holidays.	There will be either gifts or cash bonuses provided by the university for these holidays.

11	Extra pay for extra work	For extra teaching or working on holidays, RMB 200 /hour or RMB1,600/Day.	Your contribution to our team and university will always be valued and recognized.
12	Teacher Training/ Professional Development	If the employee is eligible to get contract renewed for one more year, you will be given opportunities to take part in either online or f-2-f teacher training programs to take professional development.	(Maximum of training fee of RMB5000 can be reimbursed for teacher training program during summer holiday. Supervisor’s approval and proper invoices required for reimbursement
