KITCHEN CLEANER
When business needs fluctuate throughout the year, Michigan Dining will offer work assignments based on availability and selected through the seniority-driven bidding process. Work assignments may be required in other departments to ensure year-round work schedules for all staff members that want that, seasonal leave requests may be approved on a year by year basis at the unit discretion.
- Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends & holidays.
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and operate kitchen equipment.
- Ability to understand and implement OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards and use resources responsibly, and recognize and minimize waste.
- Maintain a static position for extended periods of time.
- Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Sunday - Thursday: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Friday - Saturday: Off

Hourly Pay Rate : $20.42 - $21.62
