KITCHEN UTILITY WORKER - COOK
Position Summary
Position will assist with preparation and presentation of food for the Savannah Room, Courtyard Café, Training Table, and or Banquets (AM/PM).
Duties/Responsibilities
- Kitchen prep (cutting meat and vegetables, preparing food for service, maintenance of event food levels). (60%)
- Prepare custom food for specific outlets within the Center. (20%)
- Keep preparation and work stations clean and organized. (15%)
- Occasionally work with staff to help plate up and move plated banquets meals to event area. (5%)
