Basic Conditions

1. Comply with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, respect the customs of the Chinese nation, no legal disputes, no criminal record.
2. Currently residing in China.
3. Korean nationality, standard Korean pronunciation, Chinese proficiency preferred.
4. PhD degree, major preferably in linguistics, literature, education, history, culture, philosophy, politics, economics, sociology, or related fields.
5. Language foreign teachers should have specialized language teaching training or 2+ years of university Korean teaching experience.
6. Professional foreign teachers should have relevant professional experience; priority to those serving as assistant professor or above in overseas universities or research institutions.
7. Under 45 years old (born after January 1, 1977); age limit may be relaxed for particularly excellent candidates.

Job Duties

1. Work location: Shandong University School of Foreign Languages, Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province.
2. Language foreign teachers: Teach speaking, listening, writing courses (12-16 hours/week); guide students in competitions; undertake department-arranged social services.
3. Professional foreign teachers: Teach undergraduate/graduate courses (8-10 hours/week); plan and apply for Korean projects; handle academic exchanges with Korea; undertake department-arranged social services.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Salary: Language teachers 12,000-13,600 CNY/month; Professional teachers 13,000-32,000 CNY/month (based on qualifications, title, experience).
2. Comprehensive medical insurance for foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan visitors.
3. Apartment rental provided (tenant pays rent, utilities, heating).
