Lab Technician – Welding and Industrial Mechanics

North Idaho College is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-minded Lab Technician for Welding & Industrial Mechanics to support hands-on learning in our state-of-the-art labs. In this role, you’ll work closely with faculty to keep labs running smoothly - organizing and setting up equipment, assisting with demonstrations, and ensuring students have the tools and supplies they need to practice and master their skills. You’ll also guide students in the safe use of shop equipment, reinforce proper techniques, and help them build confidence in their craft.
