Compensation:$27 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of skilled workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Coordinate daily operations, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Experience in landscape installation including retaining walls, pavers, and irrigation systems.
Ability to delegate tasks and keep projects on schedule.
Coordinating orders/delivery of materials.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Experience operating small equipment and hand/power tools.
