Wuhan College of Foreign Languages and Foreign Affairs is a higher vocational college approved by the Hubei Provincial Government and registered with China’s Ministry of Education. Established in 2002, our college is a leading institution in central China specializing in training highly skilled professionals with a strong focus on foreign languages. Our campus, located at No. 6 Limiao Road, Canglongdao Science Park, Jiangxia District, Wuhan, is nestled within a breathtaking 6,000-acre national wetland park. Known for scenic spots like the “Eight Sights of Canglong” and the “Twenty-Four Bridges of Yangqiao Lake,” the campus offers a beautiful and inspiring environment with a wetland rate as high as 82.33%.

To further enhance our international presence and meet the growing needs of our foreign language departments, we are actively seeking outstanding foreign instructors to join our team.

1. Positions Available

• Disciplines: English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish.
• Position: Full-time Foreign Language Instructor.

2. Requirements

• You must be a citizen of a country where the language you will teach is the official or primary language.
• You must have a bachelor’s degree or higher, along with at least two years of relevant work experience (official documentation required).
• You must be in good health, possess a good work ethic, and have a cooperative team spirit. Applicants should generally be under 50 years old.
• You must comply with the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China, and respect local customs and traditions. A clean criminal record is required in your country of origin.
• Candidates with relevant language teaching certifications are highly preferred.

3. Job Duties

• Location: Wuhan College of Foreign Languages and Foreign Affairs.
• Responsibilities: Teach courses in speaking, listening, and native culture; assist students with exams and other academic assessments; and participate in or guide student activities and competitions.
• Workload: 16-18 class periods per week (45 minutes per class period).

4. Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Commensurate with the candidate’s educational background and professional experience.
• Housing: A fully furnished on-campus apartment is provided free of charge, with complimentary utilities (water, electricity, and internet).
• Insurance: The college will purchase commercial medical and personal accident insurance for all foreign teachers who sign an employment contract.
