Mō te tūka | The role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational delivery of Lincoln University’s transnational education programmes. Based in our Trans-National Education Portfolio, you will work across faculties and service areas to ensure offshore programmes and partnerships run smoothly, meet quality standards, and deliver a great student experience.
Some tasks of the role include:
- Coordinating delivery of offshore programmes across multiple international partners
- Ensuring teaching readiness, scheduling, and academic support are aligned
- Managing relationships with partner universities and key stakeholders
- Overseeing programme quality, compliance, and performance
- Leading governance reporting, risk management, and operational planning
- Supporting collaborative research initiatives and partnership development
You’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships with global partners while helping grow and evolve our international education portfolio.
Mahi & Wāhi / Utu | Work pattern, location & salary
This permanent role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE). The salary for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven experience in operational leadership, programme or partnership management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong skills coordinating across teams and organisational functions
- Experience in governance processes, risk management, and planning
- Excellent relationship management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to navigate international or partnership-based environments effectively
