Job Description

Lead the annual review of course offerings in portfolio and coordinate regular updates to maintain quality and relevance for recommendation to digital academy client.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Course Portfolio Management & Curriculum Development

  • Market Relevance: Manage and contribute to market research and benchmarking to inform course portfolio updates and need for curation/development of new courses.
  • Review & Enhancement: Lead the annual review of course offerings in portfolio and coordinate regular updates to maintain quality and relevance for recommendation to digital academy client.
  • Catalogue Management: Manage the course catalogue including course onboarding and offboarding and working with ecosystem training partners on accurate updates for the catalogue.
  • Curriculum Design: Work closely with subject matter experts to design and refine course content, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry trends.

2. Flagship Programmes Planning & Execution

  • Programme Ownership: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of flagship leadership programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, faculty, and subject matter experts to co-design programme content and delivery formats.
  • Operational Coordination: Manage logistics, scheduling, and delivery across departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor programme performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance learner experience and outcomes.

3. Client & Learner Experience

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for programme-related client communications and customisation requests.
  • Learner Journey: Ensure a high-quality learner experience by coordinating pre-course, in-course, and post-course engagement.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Analyse feedback and performance data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

4. Setup of New Digital Academies

  • Manage the set up and management of curriculum arms for new Digital Academies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the training or education sector, with a strong focus on programme management and curriculum development.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ICT/digital domains and leadership development trends.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
