The Lead Operational Analyst is responsible for leading and managing the Technology Services business activities to ensure effective acquisition of goods and services for Dallas College technology needs. Reporting to the Executive Managing Director – Technology Services, this role requires an individual with procurement, contracts and project management experience to support the college’s operations and strategic goals.
