Background of the recruitment and description of the project
Research area: Fields related to driver psychology and behavior within informatics, including traffic psychology, social psychology, cognitive science, human factors/ergonomics, transportation engineering, human–computer interaction, safety science, artificial intelligence and intelligent informatics, behavioral science, and data science etc.
Work content and job description
- The successful candidate is expected to conduct research in the research areas listed in the research area.
- His/her affiliation is the ISEE with a primary appointment in the Department of Automotive Science, the Graduate School of Integrated Frontier Sciences. He/she will also teach some courses in the IFS and supervise research of students belonging to the IFS.
- He/she will also teach some courses in the Graduate School of Information Science and Electrical Engineering and supervise research of students belonging to the graduate school.
- He/she will also teach some courses in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, School of Engineering, the Informatics Course of the Department of Physics, School of Science, and/or in related schools.

- Annual salary: 9 million yen
- Wages description: Annual salary system (started from April 1, 2020) will be applied. Base annual salary is determined based on professional experience, job responsibilities and other relevant factors along with the University’s related regulations.
