Project Manager and Researcher

Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance

LSE Consulting, part of the LSE Research and Innovation team, is now seeking to recruit a full time Project Manager and Researchers. 

The Project Manager and Researcher role at LSE Consulting contributes to business development, project management, and research activities within the team. The role combines the technical knowledge of public procurement procedures with in-depth knowledge of subject areas relevant to the School. The role works closely with the Senior Project Manager and Researcher in all aspects of bidding and proposal development and some research and project management tasks. LSE Consulting under LSE Research and Innovation undertakes consultancy and policy research projects for national and European institutions and private clients.

The role also requires strategic engagement with departments and research centres, external clients, and partners to pursue opportunities in line with the School’s values.

The Project Manager and Researcher should have excellent research, writing and analytical skills, in areas the social sciences. They should have strong communication and IT skills (in particular, design and use of research methodologies) and experience of managing projects and budgets.
