We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science and Technology:
Lecturer (act as Industrial Attachment Trainer) (S&T) (Ref: 26001VM)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Developing a domain-specific industrial attachment framework and training materials for science and technology students;
- Conducing professional etiquette workshops and workplace skills training workshops;
- Conducing company visits; and
- Participating in the activities and administration of the School / University.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A Master’s degree;
- Experience in developing, organising and conducting workshops on industrial attachment, preferably in science and/or technology background;
- Good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua); and
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and team-work skills.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
