Distinguished Professor:

• The position will receive a comprehensive compensation package, including:
• A competitive annual salary ranging from 900,000 to 1.2 million RMB (≈126,000–168,000 USD),
• Generous research funding of up to 10 million RMB (≈1.4 million USD),
• A settlement allowance of up to 2.5 million RMB (≈350,000 USD), and
• Additional housing benefits, with specific terms negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

FullProfessor:

The position will be offered a choice between two tiered compensation packages:

Higher-Tier Package:

• Annual salary of 600,000–900,000 RMB (≈84,000–126,000 USD)

• Settlement allowance of up to 1.5 million RMB (≈210,000 USD)

Standard-Tier Package:
