Position Description
The Department of Psychology will be hiring a part-time Lecturer position beginning Fall 2026. We seek outstanding teacher/scholars dedicated to excellence in Psychology. The successful candidate will be able to teach Introductory Psychology, Statistics I, and/or Research Methods, as well as areas within their discipline. The position also requires contributing effectively to curriculum development efforts, advising and mentoring students, and providing service to the department and college. Candidates with a demonstrated commitment to working with women and underrepresented minority students through teaching, mentoring, and research are especially encouraged to apply.
This course is a general education course and does not count towards the psychology major.
Qualifications
PhD in Psychology, or related field, or at least 18 credit hours toward a doctoral program completion (at the start of the appointment).
