About the Role
As a Lecturer in the Counselling suite of Postgraduate Programs, you will deliver engaging teaching at a postgraduate level. In a collaborative and guided environment, you will design and deliver innovative, multi-mode teaching—both face-to-face and online—using contemporary, student-focused approaches. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality research and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to advancing the field of counselling.
You will also play a key role in building and enhancing partnerships with external stakeholders to support improved teaching, learning, and research outcomes.

About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Current registration or professional membership with ACA, PACFA, AHPRA, or AASW.
- Ability to independently innovate in teaching design and delivery, including e-learning technologies.
- Clinical experience in relationship and family counselling (preferred).
- Experience in clinical supervision of post-graduate students on clinical placement and placement coordination (preferred).
- Knowledge of effective assessment methods, including providing constructive feedback.
- Active involvement in relevant professional communities or associations at local, national, or international levels, including committees or workshops.
