Position Overview

Music Education Lecturer (.5 FTE). The School of Music at The Ohio State University seeks a part-time Lecturer in Music Education to teach undergraduate courses in music education and other areas consistent with the candidates expertise; engage in leadership and mentorship for undergraduate and graduate students in music education; and supervise student teachers and early field experience.

Education and Experience Requirements

Required: Masters degree in music education required.

Desired: PhD in music education preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to building a culturally diverse intellectual community in line with Ohio States Shared Values (see below).
