Minimum Qualifications:
- MS in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related
field.
- Three (3) years of Relevant industry experience in construction
or project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional licensure (e.g., PE) or industry
certifications.
- Five (5) years of Full-time industry experience and
decision-making responsibilities in the construction industry or
project management.
- Prior teaching experience in construction engineering or
management topics.
- A demonstrated interest in interdisciplinary education across
civil engineering, construction engineering, and engineering
management.
- Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse
backgrounds and cultures.
- Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity,
and inclusion in a university setting.
- Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices
and knowledge in their work.

This is an in-person role, and the successful candidate must be
willing to relocate within California, preferably within 25 miles
of the Stockton Pacific campus.

standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and
reaching. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Work is performed during standard hours; Additional hours may be
