Lecturer in Philosophy
Position Summary
The Department of Philosophy at the University of Georgia invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Lecturer position with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026.
The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching mission of the department by delivering high-quality undergraduate instruction in philosophy. Responsibilities include teaching introductory philosophy, ethics, logic and critical thinking, and other courses consistent with departmental needs, along with participating in student mentoring and departmental service.
