Lecturer
NYU Prague is seeking a Lecturer to teach Law, Business & Society, a core course in the Stern School of Business curriculum that examines the ways in which legal systems, business practices, and societal values intersect. The lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging, discussion-based classes that encourage students to analyze legal and ethical dilemmas from multiple perspectives, fostering critical thinking and reflective debate. Duties include preparing and leading classroom activities such as debates, role-playing exercises, and written reflections; designing and grading assessments, including student papers, exams, and simulations; and providing timely, constructive feedback. The successful candidate will maintain office hours, support students in their academic development, and uphold NYU’s rigorous standards of academic integrity.
Candidates should have teaching experience in law, business ethics, or related disciplines, a strong knowledge of U.S. legal frameworks with openness to global perspectives, and the ability to engage a diverse, international student body in a dynamic learning environment.
