About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic academic to join our team as Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Education. This position will support the delivery of the Early Years program through a combination of face-to-face, on-campus teaching and online learning. The role requires a thorough understanding of the Bachelor of Education – The Early Years program, including its embedded professional experience, field placements, and accreditation requirements.

The successful applicant will:

• design and deliver subjects in Early Childhood Education
• contribute to the enhancement and expansion of the Early Years program
• play a key role in supporting professional experience placements
• expand a research profile in Early Childhood Education
• supervise higher degree research students
• participate in governance, service activities, and community engagement within the School and through external professional organisations.

Regular on‑campus attendance is required to support face‑to‑face teaching, student engagement, and participation in the life of the School.
