Lecturer, Public Administration - College for Health, Community and Policy
Position Summary
The new part-time lecturers for the Department of Public Administration, HCAP, will teach the courses listed below from September 1, 2026 - January 12, 2027:
- PAD 2013: Introduction to Public Policy
- PAD 3063: Public Sector Economics
- PAD 3163: Quantitative Analysis for Public Administration and Policy
- PAD 4973: Data Informed Decision-Making
- PAD 5913: Foundations of Nonprofits
- PAD 5953: Grant Development and Proposal Writing
- PAD 6973: Special Topics: Public Participation and Community Engagement
Qualifications
- Master's Level: The qualifications to be considered as an adjunct lecturer in the MPA program are a doctorate degree in public administration (or related field of study) or a master's degree in public administration with a strong record of professional work experience relevant to the course's specific subject matter.
- Undergraduate Level: The qualifications to be considered as an adjunct lecturer in the BPAP program are a master's degree in public administration or a closely related field of study.
This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
