Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Lecturer, School of Law (4 positions available) to join School of Law, Faculty of Business and Law.
The School of Law is seeking applications for Lecturers. The successful applicant will contribute to a vibrant and collegial teaching/research culture. Their research will contribute to the development of the School’s international reputation and research strengths, including health law, environmental and social governance (ESG) and technology law. It is expected that the successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research supervision.

What you need to succeed
- Completion of a Bachelor of Laws and completion of or substantial progress towards a doctoral qualification in Law.
- A record of high quality scholarship with the ability in the future to attract external grant income and contribute to research priorities, particularly in the School’s research strengths.
- Experience and achievements in teaching at undergraduate level including demonstrated high quality teaching, administration of units and curriculum design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work harmoniously in a team and a commitment to collegiality and inclusion.
- Ability to engage in activities with external stakeholders and promote the interests of the Law School within the legal profession, industry groups and the community.
