Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Teaching Professor

Position Summary

The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Indiana University Indianapolis invites applications for a full-time Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Teaching Professor positions based on experience and expertise, to begin August 1, 2026. This is a full-time, 10-month, non-tenure eligible position.

We seek candidates with a proven record in teaching and student learning in introductory college mathematics courses, working with first-year college students to improve retention rates. Responsibilities include teaching 12 credits (3 or 4 sections) each semester, typically in intermediate and college algebra, and service to the Department as it relates to student success and retention.
