We have Teaching and Research opportunities available as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer for exceptional academics to join our inclusive and collaborative team, delivering excellent teaching to our students, and engaging in impactful, meaningful research.
In this position, you will make contributions to the educational activities of the Faculty and University, as well as maintain and develop your scholarly, research, professional and engagement activities.
About You
We are excited to welcome excellent and collegial academics who are eager to contribute to the success of Monash Law, and who have a passion for educational excellence and rigorous, impactful research.
We are particularly interested to hear from outstanding academics with demonstrated teaching and/or research leadership experience in the following areas:
- Legal Ethics;
- Property Law;
- Equity; or
- Trusts.
We welcome interest from legal scholars who take all and any approaches to their research (doctrinal, historical, comparative, philosophical and so on) as we look to build our capacity and expertise in socio-legal scholarship and research methodologies.
Additionally, with the largest clinical legal education programme in Australia and having celebrated 50 years of clinics in 2025, we are interested to hear from those who are able to further strengthen our clinical expertise.
