A Ph.D. in mathematical sciences is required, although the rare exception may be made for applicants with special technical qualifications desired by the department. Previous teaching experience at the university level, commitment to quality teaching and good communication skills are also required. Special consideration may be given to applicants with experience and/or interest in working on course coordination/development, advising and other departmental needs.
