This will be a non-tenure-track, Limited Term Adjunct Instructor position to provide part-time instruction during our Fall semester.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Instruct undergraduate students in Evolution and Human Development (EDP 200).
- Grade projects and exams.
- Work collaboratively with Educational Psychology faculty.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in both theoretical and applied areas of Educational Psychology.
- Knowledge of and ability to implement effective and engaging instructional strategies.
- Ability to engage in reflective practice and work effectively with a variety of students in higher education.
- Ability and willingness to participate in professional development and preparation that strengthens instructional knowledge and skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Experience working in Educational Psychology or similar setting.
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated college-level teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching at the graduate level.
- Experience using online learning platforms such as D2L, Zoom, and recording tools.
- Experience working with individuals from varied educational and linguistic backgrounds.
- Experience in course and curriculum development related to instructional content.
