EMPLOYERS is seeking a customer-focused Loyalty Specialist I to help customers resolve billing and payment issues while delivering an exceptional service experience. This role is ideal for someone with collections and call center experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find solutions.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Educate customers on payment options and account resolution strategies.
Negotiate payment arrangements and help bring accounts current.
Research account discrepancies and partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
Process reinstatements, refunds, credits, and other account-related requests.
Support customers with online account access and navigation.
Maintain service, quality, and productivity standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
1+ year of collections experience in a call center environment.
Experience handling high-volume customer interactions.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or cloud-based call center systems.
Insurance or workers' compensation industry knowledge.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Associate degree.
Compensation & Benefits
$21.50/hour
$22.50/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers
