The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling front-end production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role leads front-end line activities, maintains product quality standards, performs equipment adjustments, and supports production teams in achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals.How You'll Make an Impact
Operate and control all front-end production equipment during startup, shutdown, and normal manufacturing operations.
Monitor product quality and ensure all products meet company quality standards, specifications, and documentation requirements.
Read and adjust machine parameters using computerized controls to maintain optimal production performance.
Monitor the operating condition of equipment and machinery, identify issues, and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
Complete required production documentation, recordkeeping, and operational reports accurately and timely.
Train and support new and temporary employees while promoting safe work practices and operational excellence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Support production requirements by working various shifts and assisting with additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2-5 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial production experience preferred.
Ability to operate front-end manufacturing equipment, monorail cranes, manual lifts, hand tools, scrapers, and utility knives safely and effectively.
Ability to read measuring instruments, including tape measures and other production measurement tools.
Experience working with computerized machine controls and adjusting production parameters.
Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements, product quality standards, and manufacturing processes.

For this role, we anticipate paying $24-$26 an hour. Placement within the range considers experience, skills, and internal equity.
