Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Load raw materials and support machine setup and operation
- Perform quality inspection using basic measuring and visual checks
- Grind, trim, and finish metal castings and parts
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical repair
- Background in production, warehouse, assembly, fabrication, or industrial work
- Understanding of blueprints, work instructions, or quality control processes
- Experience with CNC machines, machining, or manufacturing equipment
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation or skilled trades
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $18.25/hour (based on experience)
