"Maintenance Tech. 2nd shift"

The purpose of this position is to perform multi-skilled duties in the maintenance and repair of campus buildings, off campus housing and plant equipment. This is a second shift position hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This position is classified as essential personnel during inclement weather and school closings.

Duties:

• Perform maintenance and replace filters on college HVAC systems along with greasing and replacing bearings and pulleys as needed
• Inspect and replace bulbs and perform light electrical repairs across campus
• Answer trouble calls and make necessary repairs
• Log work hours and a description of work done and material used on Work Orders.
• Regularly scheduled on-call duty required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• NC driver's license is required.
• 3-5 years work experience.
