$14.00–$25.00 per hour, based on verifiable experience, skills, and certifications. Starting pay is set according to Tropicana’s technician skill levels. The top of the range is reserved for expert-level technicians.
This position supports all aspects of Tropicana’s internal Maintenance Service Company, working alongside other maintenance teams and the Maintenance Regional Manager. A maintenance technician must be reliable and detail-oriented, with technical knowledge across carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, and electrical work. The role also requires comfort with technology, including Excel, Word, data entry, mobile applications, and ordering materials and supplies online. Leadership skills and technological aptitude are essential given today’s advances in the maintenance industry.
