Job Summary
The Maintenance Worker III provides journeyman-level skills in plumbing, electrical maintenance/repair, carpentry, or painting. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations, inspecting completed work, maintaining records, and submitting reports.

- Provides journeyman-level maintenance and repair work of plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
- Provides journeyman level skills in the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks...

- Serves in an on-call maintenance capacity...
- Provides supervision, guidance and training to maintenance workers I's and II's.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Vocational Training or Apprenticeship in a related field.
- Five (5) years of related work experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a one year for one year basis.
- This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
