AUSCERT’s strategic direction. You’ll play a key part in shaping AUSCERT’s operational effectiveness and driving initiatives that keep it at the forefront of cybersecurity capability.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting the delivery of cybersecurity services in a complex, environment, ensuring, among others, 24/7 operational coverage for AUSCERT members.
• Leading and mentoring the Analyst Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Driving operational excellence and change initiatives across AUSCERT’s key service areas — threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident support.
• Collaborating with the General Manager and leadership team to align operational priorities with AUSCERT’s strategic goals and enhance organisational capabilities.
