Manager, Aquatics
Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Aquatic Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operation of the University Club's aquatic facility. This position ensures a safe, high-quality, and member-focused aquatic experience while overseeing staff management, safety compliance, programming, budgeting, and facility maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of aquatic management experience.
- Experience in a private club or hospitality environment preferred.
Licensure & Certifications:
- WSIT (Water Safety Instructor Training)
- LGIT (Life Guard Instructor Training)
- LG/FA/CPR/AED (Standard Red Cross certification that includes deep water training)
