Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 7–8 engineers, architects, and project managers. Oversee the full lifecycle of 200–250 projects annually. Manage project budgets, contracts, and delivery methods. Apply architectural and engineering expertise. Ensure compliance with state building codes and guidelines.
