Summary of Position: This position provides leadership in the Student Life, Equity, and Engagement (SLEE) Division to advance student equity and belonging. It coordinates planning, management, and supervision of staff, programs, budgets, and services for The SPACE. It also supervises student equity programs, co-leads college-wide efforts for new students, and collaborates to implement initiatives that address equity gaps and foster inclusive experiences.
This is a hybrid eligible position allowing 1-2 days a week working from home after training.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain College values and ensure regular attendance.
- Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned.
- Develop and assess initiatives using data to identify equity gaps and implement interventions.
- Manage operations of The SPACE, including budgets and staff supervision.
- Provide student coaching and mentoring, building relationships and offering support.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years experience, or equivalent combinations totaling 7 years.
- Preferred: Knowledge of student development, social justice education, and building student relationships.
This position reports to: Director, Student Life, Equity & Engagement
Starting annual salary range: $61,350 - $81,734
