Compensation: Pay Range: $77,640.00 - $126,170.00 / year. Job Description: To manage the nursing and social services activities related to patient progression via the case management model. To collaborate with hospital and physician leadership in the development and implementation of initiatives based on quality patient outcomes and organizational effectiveness of clinical resources. To provide oversight of projects within the department.

Qualifications: Master's degree in a health related or business field and five (5) years related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing or currently licensed as an LMSW or LCSW by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners required. Must obtain case management certification or other ANCC or NSWBE recognized certification within six (6) months of hire. If licensed in Social Work, must also obtain certification in supervision of new graduates within six (6) months of hire.
