 - Remuneration: $169,373 to $189,440 pa (HEW10) (inclusive of $143,122 to $160,079 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Manager, Projects and Strategy to join Campus Services, Administrative Division.
The Manager, Projects & Strategy is primarily responsible for leading and driving a range of system and project related activities within Campus Services. The position also leads on the procurement, negotiation, and performance management of service contracts across Campus Services.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in a relevant area combined with extensive experience in areas such as campus operations, project, stakeholder engagement and/or contract management.
 - Demonstrated expertise in contract and vendor management, including procurement, negotiation and performance oversight to achieve organisational objectives.
 - Proven experience in project management, and leading successful delivery of a range of integrated services.
 - Demonstrated experience in managing service and commercial operations with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance and high level service delivery exceeding client expectations.
 - Proven experience in managing operational budgets and workforce planning, combined with high-level proficiency in using management systems, digital platforms, and reporting tools.
 - Highly developed communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven ability to provide strategic advice and engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
