Job Description:
- Execute automated campaigns in Marketo to support recruitment and engagement.

AUT’s Brand and Marketing Services team leads the university’s brand stewardship and marketing strategy. We deliver coordinated, insight‑driven campaigns and communications that strengthen AUT’s reputation and support student recruitment, engagement and long‑term connection. Working closely with faculties and professional services across the university, the team brings together insight, creativity and digital skills to deliver consistent experiences tailored to the needs of our audiences – from first enquiry through to enrolment, graduation and beyond.
The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
Are you passionate about using technology and data to deliver impactful marketing experiences? Join our high-performing Marketing Automation team at AUT, where your work supports real student journeys, from first interest to alumni engagement.
In this role, you’ll help design, build, and execute email and SMS campaigns that speak to prospects, applicants, students and alumni. You’ll work hands-on with Marketo (our marketing automation platform), supporting campaign setup, testing, reporting and optimisation. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

- Execute and optimise automated, eDM, and SMS campaigns in Marketo and CRM.
- Analyse campaign data to improve segmentation, workflows, and performance.
- Support nurturing programme development and enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey.
